Outfit Post: Fun Fifties Style Circle Skirt

Lindy Bop Outfit Post

Sales are a great chance to try a new brand or a new style and I did both with this amazing circle skirt from Lindy Bop, which was £15 in the sale. My friend, J, has told me about Lindy Bop a few times. We worked together at French Connection and she was one of the first gals I met and pretty much adopted me there and then as a newbie in store. J has always been ridiculously stylish so I’ve finally taken her advice with this outfit and one I’ve got coming up to share with you guys. I’m so pleased I’ve finally tried out Lindy Bop’s fun fifties style clothes. I couldn’t believe the quality for £15 and will happily pay full price next time.

How To Wear A Circle Skirt

I ordered a size 14 skirt which ended up being a great fit. I’m a pretty standard size 14 on my bottom half, with quite a slim waist and the waistband was definitely created with my shape in mind. I teamed it up with a loose fitting t-shirt that slouches nicely when tucked in. I haven’t worn such a fancy skirt for a long, long time, but I had so much fun swishing about in it and I loved how it floated when I walked down stairs… of course I couldn’t resist some twirling either, look at the span in the second picture(!) it’s what skirt dreams are made of.

There isn’t much left in the sale now unfortunately, but you still might be able to grab something. If not, keep your eye out for the next one or even save up some extra pennies for full price – it’s definitely worth it! Loves x xx
